By using healthysites.com or buying from Healthy Sites, LLC ("Healthy Sites," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Our products

Healthy Sites makes cosmetic skin care products, including Site Hero^® and Site Hero^® XL, for skin around wearable medical devices and injection sites. Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Talk to your healthcare provider about your device sites and skin.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to make a purchase.

Orders, pricing and pre-orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may correct pricing or listing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund. Pre-order items are charged at checkout and ship when stock arrives; ship dates are estimates. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships.

Subscribe & Save

Subscriptions renew and charge automatically at the frequency you choose until you cancel. We'll email you before each upcoming shipment. You can change, skip or cancel any time from Manage Subscription; changes made before your next billing date apply to that order.

Payment

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Healthy Sites store credit through Shopify's secure checkout.

Shipping

Shipping is free on all US orders. Where we offer international shipping, the customer pays shipping and any import duties or taxes. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Store credit

Store credit can be used on healthysites.com, has no cash value, can't be transferred and expires on the date shown when it's issued. We may reverse credit issued in error or obtained through fraud or a breach of these Terms.

Reviews and customer content

We welcome honest reviews, positive or negative. We don't remove reviews because they're critical, but we may remove content that is spam, offensive, unrelated to the product, or shares someone's personal information. When you submit a review, photo, video or post to us, you confirm it's your own and give Healthy Sites a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to share and reuse it on our website, emails, social media and ads, with credit to you where possible.

Share Your Site program

Store credit for social posts is governed by the program terms on our Share Your Site page. Rewards are based on the type of post, never on what you say about our products.

Intellectual property

Healthy Sites^® and Site Hero^® are registered trademarks of Healthy Sites, LLC. These marks, our logos, and the content and designs on this site belong to Healthy Sites and may not be used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Healthy Sites isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or its replacement.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Ohio. Class actions and jury trials are waived to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version, and continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
